A dance that is dedicated to one\u2019s own inner fire burns what is no longer useful and reveals what wishes to come up. Therefor, dancing is a good way to speed up change and transformation. The self-containment reached by dancing opens access to understanding and healing. Dancing is a gate to transcendence.<\/p>\n<p>The whole universe is made up of movements that can be called a dance \u2013 from the interplay of subatomic particles to the planets\u2019 trajectories. The grandeur of these movements can be seen as an expression of a Divine dance encompassing everything, including all beings.<\/p>\n<p>From the beginning mankind has been dancing, in quest of oneness with God and everything. The Divine principle of dancing is apparent in the depiction of the Indian God Shiva,\u00a0depicted as the eternal dancer. And Jesus is said to have stated: &#8220;If you don\u2019t dance, you don\u2019t understand.&#8221; (Apocrypha)<\/p>\n<div id=\"pressrelease-link-129\" class=\"sh-link pressrelease-link sh-hide\"><a href=\"#\" onclick=\"showhide_toggle('pressrelease', 129, 'continue...', 'Hide Press Release (143 Less Words)'); return false;\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><span id=\"pressrelease-toggle-129\">continue...<\/span><\/a><\/div><div id=\"pressrelease-content-129\" class=\"sh-content pressrelease-content sh-hide\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p>Dancers who understand the true nature of dancing are able to use it as a powerful tool. Dancing becomes &#8220;sacred&#8221; when it transgresses limitation and connects the moment to eternity. The dancer gets in touch with the timeless inner core which is leading to a meditative experience \u2013 a meditation with the moving body.<\/p>\n<p>If the dancer surrenders completely to his\/her Divine core, he\/she is able to move huge amounts of energy, be it only with his\/her finger tips, cleansing, structuring and directing the energy, and dedicating it to a particular theme if this is intended.<\/p>\n<p>If the intention of the dancer is clear and the devotion complete, God &#8220;takes over&#8221; and dancing may work wonders: what shall grow will grow, what shall change transforms.
