Love is the fuel and the glue of the universe. Without love, everything is void. Our deepest truth is love.<\/p>\n<p>In all humans exists the spark of all-encompassing love even if it\u2019s tucked away due to previous experiences of pain and deception. This spark is waiting to be kindled not only on selective occasions. It is waiting to grow into a constantly blazing flame, shedding its warm light into all directions, with no exception, inspiring others to do alike.<\/p>\n<p>We are used to tie our love to conditions \u2013 we\u2019re willing to give love hoping not to be disappointed. This kind of love contains reluctance based on the fear of unfulfilled expectations. The reservation makes love much smaller than it is. Let\u2019s not talk about love that prefers some and excludes others, let\u2019s talk about unconditional love \u2013 the kind of love that asks no questions and doesn\u2019t need an answer. This love is universal, all-pervading and so deeply linked to our true being that it can\u2019t ever be disappointed. Overmore, this type of love is not only the best medicine but the best protection, too.<\/p>\n<div id=\"pressrelease-link-28\" class=\"sh-link pressrelease-link sh-hide\"><a href=\"#\" onclick=\"showhide_toggle('pressrelease', 28, 'continue...', 'Hide Press Release (234 Less Words)'); return false;\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><span id=\"pressrelease-toggle-28\">continue...<\/span><\/a><\/div><div id=\"pressrelease-content-28\" class=\"sh-content pressrelease-content sh-hide\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p>It is time now to set free our original ability to love \u2013 with the kind of love that lets us accept others and ourselves fully and compassionately.\u00a0This does not mean we have to like everybody or agree with everything. Yet if we realize deep down the source of our common origin and feel the connection to everything that is (an experience tangible in meditation), we cannot help but love everything and everybody as if it was a part of us.<\/p>\n<p>Criticism will still be possible \u2013 yet expressed in a spirit of affectionate understanding, its effect will not be destructive but conducive. Then everything is in flux, generating a dynamism for the manifestation of all that is necessary in every moment. Then life is a party. Let\u2019s celebrate life and live love!<\/p>\n<p>More and more of us are realizing that sustainable happiness requires a positive and loving attitude towards ourselves and the world around. The ability to love starts indeed with ourselves. If we can\u2019t love ourselves, we\u2019re not really able to love others.<\/p>\n<p>Old experiences of being deceived, rejected and hurt, as well as feelings of guilt and shame may keep us from pursueing our desire to love and being loved.These obstacles ask to be acknowledged and integrated in order for us to regain the freedom and joy of loving without limits.
