We all carry the seed of change, since life is about constant change. Standstill is no option for aliveness. Being aware of change as the omnipresent essence of life helps to make the best of it.

Our time is marked by crises and upheavals – on a personal and on a global level. How do we deal with the resulting changes? Being confronted with something unknown and new to us, we tend to react in a sceptical and defensive way, since change may contest our convictions and threaten our plans. Today’s challenge is to welcome the new not with fear but with affectionate care – try to embrace it with the heart, like a friend!

You can best prepare for such a welcome if you start by giving yourself all the love you can. Because fear is often triggered by an unsolved inner conflict caused by some lack of love. In order to be solved, the inner conflict invites certain events to happen again and again until this kind of experience is obsolete, because we understand that neither escape nor denial lead to redemption – only acceptance does. This includes accepting ourselves with love, as we are, with all imperfections.

continue...

The new quality of our time does not support the forces of separation, it supports the forces of cooperation and union. If at the same time a rising number of conflicts occur, that goes to show a growing difficulty to keep up old systems based on division and rivalry.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to wage war on the limiting ego, its attachments and self-interests? We can be sure to get help from the force of light within and from the spirit helpers ready to uplift our consciousness if we are open for it.

In times of change it may be difficult to know which way to go and where to concentrate the energy, especially if there are opinion leaders around who fail to see their own light and have lost orientation. It’ll be helpful then to remain in the state of presence, to cultivate the power of being and listen carefully to what the heart says – it tells you what rings true and what doesn’t.

During periods of change I am happy to assist on keeping your inner balance and on making the right choices. I can help, for instance, by dismantling illusions, by reintegrating lost soul qualities and by directing the focus to the origin and the goal of your individual path – the heart. Instead of feeling like a victim of the circumstances, become the active creator you really are!

Welcoming the Unknown

[1
