Making Peace with yourself
Whoever searches for the light cannot avoid confronting shadows within and in the outside world. Accepting darkness as an integral part of creation already contributes to its salvation.
If we are open for change and ready to acknowledge love as the guiding force in life, then scars, patterns and attachments stemming from experiences with the shady sides of human striving can be deleted.
Without the burden of such entanglements more freedom reigns over everyday thinking and acting, consciousness may extend, and a feeling of aliveness, wholeness and universal love keeps growing.
Confronted with the destructive consequences of practising free will, we sometimes have difficulties forgiving – ourselves and others, and to ask forgiveness. By experiencing the roles of victim and offender, obscure memories may accumulate over a period of several lives limiting and conditioning the way we think, feel and act.
When you realize that something is forcing you into the same negative patterns of acting and reacting again and again, you begin to ask questions. That’s when the heart feels it’s time to make fundamental changes in order to escape the vicious circle.
As I am able to perceive the characteristics and the origin of such “dark spots”, I may direct light to where it sometimes has not been in a long time. Blockades will disappear as soon as they have lost their teaching function, and self-healing on all levels may proceed.
