Mantras are “pass words” of creation. If they come from a loving heart they are able to activate and direct enormous amounts of energy, touching on all aspects of creation and initiating transformations to change and enrich life.
With a mantra we connect the very moment to the dimension of eternity inviting the Divine law to manifest in our life. Especially in times of change, mantras applied at the right time in the right place have an outstanding function to mobilize creative forces in tune with the Divine creation.
There are mantras for short term or long term use, mantras for developing potentials, for cleansing, refocussing… Mantras go well with meditation (see also Meditation). In order to bring forward their full power mantras are usually repeated, silently, spoken, or chanted.
Mantras may be recited over a certain time span of 2, 5, 15 minutes or much more; sometimes a certain number of repetitions fits best, depending on the mantra and on the occasion (often it may be three times or a multiple of 3).
Mantras may come in any language or just consist of syllabs. It is possible that a mantra has no apparent or rational meaning yet still “works”. Mantras are beyond reasoning.
To find a fitting mantra is always an experience of creativity and healing. Being a mantra teacher I am here to help. I can help you find your own mantra or read one for you, as a support in a period of personal transition, for instance, and to bring out your shine. Welcome to mantra wonderland!
